Can I switch to my old device if my current contract is not over?

I have the LG Extravert and the screen just won't work now. The calibration wont work if I press on the screen it only goes to contact list. I looked up if anyone else had the prob and yes many have. So my question is can I switch phones? I have an old model, but my 2 year plan is not over yet with the LG Extravert. What can I do?

You'll be fine switching to your previous phone.

Define switch phones?  How long have you had the phone?

Hello,

I'm the same person who commented on the other post.

Switching phones meaning I would like to switch back to my other old phone that is shut off because that one still works. And my 2 year plan is not over yet so I really dont want to spend full price on a phone yet.

Yes, you can switch phones.  Do both phones have a Sim card?    If so you can easily switch yourself.

It used to be easy to do a switch online, but I don't know if it can be done now without going into a store.

You can also check online to see if your plan is complete, it may be.

they are both basic phones so he has to dial *228 option 1 or contact Verizon directly.
