Can send but not receive texts!

I have a Samsung Intensity that isnt receiving texts as it should but I can send them out fine (not so good for the person responding to it).  How can I resolve this? My plan allows me to send/rcv texts for 20cents each but incoming texts have stopped for some reason.

Lets get those messages working for you today Hansberry. Have you tried to delete all long/text threads you no longer need? You may need to clear some space on your phone.
