My phone sends them, but doesn't receive. Any fixes besides calling *611? Support is closed
I am having the same issue. Would appreciate a response from Customer Support.
Did you purchase the phone recently? Try turning off the phone and turning it on. Call Verizon and make sure that they deactivated your old phone

Two things. If someone else is having this problem and a reboot doesn't work try checking that the SIM card is clean and clear of any junk on the metal plates. If the issue still isn't solved a Portico update will be released soon to fix some bugs (if that's what it is)
