I have a Canadian Vonage account with a ported phone number from a Canadian cell phone carrier. My Verizon prepaid Gusto 2 can call any other number I've tried (Canadian and American) and can now finally (after several calls) make and receive calls while roaming in Canada, except to my Vonage phone. The Vonage phone works just fine otherwise, so I contacted Vonage and they replied that Verizon needs to completely remove the Vonage phone number (ported from a Canadian cell phone company - Fido) from Verizon's database(s). Who do I call/email to get this taken care of, does anyone know? It's very important that my Verizon phone be able to reach my (home) Vonage phone. I haven't tested with any other Verizon phones as I don't have any or know anyone with a Verizon phone.
