Can't send or receive mms

So recently my windows 8 phone won't let me send or recieve mms. HELP!! i just had a baby and i have family in michigan that wanna see pictures of the new lil one!

Is your cellular data turned on?  Picture texts won't send/receive over wi-fi.

Data on/wifi off, data on/wifi on.....It won't make a difference. These devices are full of problems

You need to do a soft reset. Turn off the phone and turn it on

Doesn't seem to make a difference. I just did a master reset on the phone to see if it would help with any of my issues. No random reboots yet, but it froze once over the past 48hrs. Still struggles to send/receive pictures even with great reception.

Hey there A5164. Congratulations on the new addition to your family. I absolutely want to make sure that you are able to send pictures of the little one to friends and family everywhere so lets take a look and see what is going on.

Tikibar1 provided us with some great steps, have you tried those yet? Also do a soft reset as suggested by _yankees_.
