Hi everyone, I've owned my Lumia 928 for about a week now, and the only issue I have with this phone is that I am unable to send or receive picture messages. My plan changed on June 23 from one of the old unlimited plans to the new share everything plan. Prior to this switch I could only send/receive picture messages IF I had my data setting turned on. Since June 23rd however, things have gotten much worse. No matter what I do, soft reset, data switched on, I cannot send or receive media messages (mainly picture messages). Does anyone have any helpful suggestions? I've tried using the access point software with no success, but I wouldn't imagine that that would be necessary in the first place. Any kind of help is greatly appreciated.
