Cannot connect to Car Bluetooth

Can no longer connect to Bluetooth in Toyota Avalon with Samsung Smooth SCH-U350 since required to enter area code before numbers in my area. I did reset the numbers stored on my phone. It also does not show me where to enter passcode on cell phone.
