We just purchased an LG Extrovert for our daughter (Dec 2015). She cannot view some of her text messages. The phone keeps asking if she wants to download the message. This only seems to happenw with certain incoming messages. Our plan has unlimited talk & text.

Let's fix this! Please ensure the auto retrieve setting is on by going to Message>More>Settings>Media Message Auto Receive setting>On. Please power off/on after turning the feature on, test and share. Thank you.
