When I first purchased 2014 Chevy Impala in Nov 2013 I paired my Casio GZone Ravine 2 with the Chevy My Link. Pairing worked and all of my phone contacts were loaded. Recently only a portion of the contacts show up on the hands free phone in the Chevy My Link. Why don't all of my contacts getting loaded now??

Thank you for reaching out to us, tski. Here to help out with your contacts. With regards to your contacts, do all your contacts appear online and on your phone? Do the contacts only reach a certain letter and then stop?
Any new updates to your phone by chance? If not, I recommend deleting the connection between the phone and car, and starting fresh with the pairing. Keep us posted.

All of my contacts are in my phone and they all show up online as well.
In the car (Chevy MyLink) only contacts under certain letters are
listed. For instance contacts under letter A are not listed as well as
several other letters. But then contacts are listed that fall under
other letters. I never had this problem before. I checked software for
the my phone and is says up to date, not sure when it last updated. I
just figured out what the problem was recently. I could not figure out
why I could call certain contacts hands free and not others. All of my
contacts were on Chevy MyLink at one time. I did uninstall and reinstall
and this did not help.

tski,
We appreciate the extra troubleshooting steps that you have done. Let's keep working on this. When you said you uninstalled and reinstalled it, did you mean that you uninstalled the phone on Chevy MyLink? If you have not done this please do so. Also, are these new contacts that you have recently entered?
We also encourage you to check your MyLink make sure that it is in current software as well.

I deleted my phone from Chevy MyLink and paired it again. Pairing was
successful. Same problem. Only certain contacts get transferred to Chevy
MyLink. I noticed that in addition to no contacts being transferred for
a certain letter (i.e. A) also where contacts for some letters are
transferred all of the contacts for a given letter do not transfer only
a few.
Just noticed that my wife's phone also a basic phone (Samsung Intensity
III) has the same problem.
I do not think that I have an option to check Chevy MyLink software.

We appreciate you taking the time to complete those steps, tski.
I am at a loss because we don't even have information for Chevrolet listed in our resources to pair with automobiles http://vz.to/1I0lsbr.
What has Chevrolet said?
