One of my users is having odd issues on his Ravine 2. Occasionally the phone starts to display the completely wrong time - it is NOT a time zone or DST issue - the phone is off by an hour and 9 minutes! Rebooting usually fixes the time but while the time is wrong, he also gets the wrong time on phone/text/PTT calls and that isn't fixed by the reboot.
In addition, the phone will randomly not log his regular or PTT calls.
I've tried reseting the phone (*228) and since it is in PTT mode I cannot make the change to the network settings recommended in another thread.
Any ideas?
I know how important it is to gain consistent performance from your device mistressjvs! You stated this is happening occasionally. How often is that exactly? Is this happening in more than one area? Does the user power cycle the device at least once a day? How about a battery pull? If the problems you have described are intermittent, they can be difficult to pinpoint.
