Can I block messages that appear as "SMS" so that I'm not charged?

Yes, you can block all texts (SMS and MMS) via your MyVerizon account or by calling Customer Service.

Customer Service:

Dial *611 from a cell phone

(800) 922-0204

Monday - Sunday 6 am - 11 pm
