I updated my wife's Icon last week. I ran the OTA update pushed from Verizon, and afterwards did a power cycle to ensure everything was cleaned up properly. The phone has been working great until Monday when my wife reported that she cannot get on the internet (or access Cortana for that matter). Everytime she does so, she gets a connectivity error. This happens over Wi-Fi (previous access points that worked fine) as well as over the air (LTE full bars).
Anyone else experiencing the issue or have any suggestions?

Verizon store tech just turned off the cellular antennae and turned it back on again and there have been no problems since. Sounds like a random bug with an easy fix.
