About 20 of my contacts which were transferred from my old phone to my new phone are listed in my contacts as UNKNOWN. Is there any way I can retrieve an old backup of my contacts to see if I can correct this problem? I am missing approximately 1/3 complete listings of my contacts.

Great question! You can go online to vzw.com/backupassistant and log in and view your contacts. You can also request to have your contacts resynced again.
