Convoy 2 randomly resets when replying to text message

My Convoy 2 randomly resets itself when I hit reply when reading a text message.

That would be very frustrating. Let's get this fixed! Please try deleting all old text messages then power down and remove and reinsert the battery and retest.

Please let us know if the issue persists. I know if we work together we can get this addressed.
