I am looking for help turning USB mass storage ON with a dead screen. Samsung Convoy 2.
I can get this far,
Menu (center button), 9 (settings), 2 (tools), 8 (usb mass storage?)
Can't figure out what to press after 8. I just need to download the pictures of the phone. I've looked at data recovery software, but they've all needed to have USB debugging turned on, and I don't know the keystrokes for that either. Can't find it with google.
Thanks,
Monte

Make sure the phone is connected to your computer via USB cable. THEN follow the menu sequence you stated... the phone's SD card will show as a drive letter in your computer. If you do not have a micro SD card with pics stored there, then this method does not work.
You may want to try a third party program called BitPim to connect the phone to the PC and have the files on the phone viewable. BitPim.org
