I have a microsd card in the phone and I would like to know to how copy the contents from the card to the phone.

Most importantly is the ability to do so with the Contacts file.

I'm sorry you've experienced problems using the website, jlphone. By deleting contacts on your phone, they are moved to the trash on Verizon Cloud. However, you can recover contacts from the trash and then resync them to your device. You are absolutely able to add contacts on Verizon Cloud as well as import contacts from files.

jlphone,

I know how important it is to have your contacts. This device will not have the option to import contacts off an SD card. Your best option would be to download your contacts to your computer, then import them to Verizon Cloud (Backup Assistant) so that they can sync with your phone http://vz.to/1BkvvZZ

Thanks for the reply.

It would be nice if your Verizon Cloud would work properly.

99% of the time the site locks up.

Even after clearing cache.

If I delete the contacts on the phone will those contacts that are in

the Verizon Cloud copy

the contacts back to the phone?

That is if I can add or modify the contacts on the Verizon Cloud.

Thanks.

To bad there is not a simple desktop program that someone can use to

modify and copy the data from the phone to

PC like BitPim.

The Verizon Cloud Desktop software does work either. It might if they

did away with needing QuickTime for it to work.

Apple puts more useless files on computers than what is actually needed.
