Mine says it is 7.07.7389.0. On the MS where is my update site it says 7392 was the latest version and that was back in July. Am I missing an update?
I know Mango is right around the corner and just want to make sure I am update to date with the s/w before that launches.

7.07.7389.0 was the release version for the Trophy and functionally is no different than 7390, which was the general-release "NoDo" build. Verizon never released the 7392 for their Trophy (although it was released on several other carriers).
Given that Mango has been released to carriers and many are strongly hinting that they will be updating devices beginning next week, I would say it is a safe bet that you will never see a 7392 update from Verizon and they will go straight to Mango.
For what it is worth, the Verizon Mango build numbers will likely be these:
OS - 7.10.7720.68
Firmware - 2305.13.20104.605
Radio - 1.53.00.08.02_23.16w.05.06U
Bootloader - 2.1.230513.4
