Dear Verizon,

OK, from your post/reply above it would seem that the Windows Phone 8.1 software update is ready for the Icon/929. However, when I go to update on my phone it's not available.

So, when will it be available?

We bought two Icons/929s because the sales person told us 8.1 was coming out soon. That was in June!

This is seriously annoying. Please, share the timing of an update to keep us happy!
