I have my phone plugged into my laptop and i was cleaning out my music files, i transfered music from one file to another and deleted the old file on my pc, however, the old file still shows on my phone?? How can i make my old files go away on my phone??
when its hooked to your computer and can see the folder or file simply right click it as you would any file or folder and select delete. In some cases make sure the files inside the folder are deleted first. Just select them all then delete. After the folder is empty you can highlight the folder and click delete, or right click and delete.

I was also wondering if i can move songs that i download from my phone, to certain folders or delete them if i am not listening to them anymore??
yes you can. I made a folder on my computer and call it "From Cell Phone" this way I clean up more files faster.
