Do you want your payment or not!? I have never, ever, in my entire lifetime, tried to interact with a "communications" company that is SO FREAKING HARD to work with!! Chat is offline. No customer support email ... or TEXT even? For real? The biggest issue ... DO YOU WANT YOUR PAYMENT OR NOT? WHY DO YOU MAKE IT SO HARD TO PAY THE BILL???? Did you ever consider the fact that maybe, just maybe, there are working class people out there who cannot pay their whole entire phone bill with ONE debit card and actually might need to use more than one to make the payment? WHY WHY WHY do you even have such a STUPID thing as "you've exceeded your maximum number of cards allowed"??!? What kind of STUPID ASININE thing is THAT? You really don't want your money, do you? I've had this issue with you before .... !! And ANY charges that you might DING me for when my plan expires tomorrow because YOU DON'T make it possible for me to pay my bill ... I WILL REFUTE! The chat line to India is offline. There is no one available for me to contact to resolve this ridiculous WASTE OF TIME. It should NOT take more than 4 minutes to pay a bill online .... yet here I am, spending upwards of two hours with your stupidity!

I'm working class and have one debit and one credit card. I mean, how many payment methods do you need? Prepaid or postpaid? Go to a store you ask? Yes...that's a valid point. You can go to a Verizon corporate store to make a payment.

Not that it's any of your business, but there are some people who have two pittance "savings accounts", and one measly little checking account. None of them have enough to cover the entire $30 pre-paid ratty little flip-phone bill. Yeah. Really. I survive on nothing thanks to the current tax laws in this country, and I have no credit cards. The only reason I have this stupid phone is for emergencies. I hate phones and this doesn't make it any better. So don't make so many snap judgments there, mate.
Regardless of my financial situation, their asinine limit on "number of cards allowed" applies to using the same exact card more than once! If you accidentally enter the wrong amount or if you go back to change anything once you've hit a certain point in the process, it kicks you out with that ridiculous "exceeded the maximum number of cards" rule. EVEN when you use the SAME card. (Not to mention it does not allow you to pay any cents ... only WHOLE dollar amounts! Again -- STUPID!)
