Why is it that you can go through thread after thread on the Windows Phone forums and not see Verizon step in even once?
Because this is a peer-to-peer community. Unless you have billing or network issues you'll not hear from customer service.
When they do respond they point customers to either fixed that's for Android or iPhone when it's an issue with a Windows Phone.
