Verizon does not support their own windows phones, extremely doubtful they would support anyone elses!

Just because Verizon sells Windows Phones does not mean they support your GSM model.
Verizon uses CDMA.

yeah....the verizon rep actually said "that" nokia lumia is not supported (the one you specifically mention) and she's correct.
