Correct answers
My wife has the Nokia 822 and when she sees an email and opens it then it disappears - Also she does not always get all teh emails that come on the PC - We use Comcast for our email and have never had a problem before we got this new phone - Any thoughts?

I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you're wife is having with her email! We definitely want to make sure she's able to read and receive all her messages.
How long has this been going on? Is she using the email application that came with the phone or did she download one? Any other trouble with data on the phone? Does powering off and back on make any difference to the experience? Are all the email server settings correct? http://vz.to/1eKX1B7 Does removing and re-adding the email address changed the experience at all?
