For some reason when i connect my phone to the usb port in my computer, the computer wont allow me to transfer music over. Only through bluetooth, which takes forever. Then I tried putting all the music on the sd card and putting it into the phone, but the phone says that it isnt able to use the card, then it says, tap here to format it. I tap there, but it doesnt do anything. What am I doing wrong?
It's always nice when files transfer over smoothly, but frustrating when the opposite takes place. Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention, brianberry. What is the make/model of your phone? Where are the music files stored in your phone?
If it's this phone try formatting the card this way. It's sounds like the music is on their computer and they want to use it in the phone by way of SD card.
