I recently got the HTC Windows phone 8. I have it connected to a hotmail account and an Exchange account at work. My work connection has issues as it is always dropping my saved password. I probably re type it in 4-5 times a day. It is so annoying. My personal iPhone works fine with this same account.
I have removed the account and re added it but it still prompts. Any ideas? Thanks Mel

That's no good! We want both of your email accounts to work properly. Let's get this fixed asap! Have you checked with the Exchange server admin to see why it would be disconnecting this connection, maybe a server time-out limit? If the server is ok, then the next step would be a hard reset http://bit.ly/XJJzFB per the email software maybe corrrupted on the device. Hope this helps!
