Must the Exhalt LTE be open to engage bluetooth hands free calling?

That is a great question, RUNYANP. Once the Bluetooth has been set up with the device, the device does not need to be open to engage hands free. If it does not work we would recommend checking the Bluetooth connection on the device with the accessory it is paired to. EdgarT_VZW
