Hello,
I have decided out of all the phone operating systems, I love Windows Phone OS.......and I will stick with it.
I am concerned with Verizon's attention to the topic of Software and Firmware updates......
I never get on discussion boards, but I am very frustrated that Verizon, for some reason, is the only carrier not updating their phones.
What is the deal? I hate having to throw the "Ill switch service card" but I am seriously considering it. I can't even get a straight answer about it.
Thank you,
James H.

Slight correction! AT&T is the only carrier that has updated the windows phones.
Not that Verizon is the only carrier that has not.
Good luck at your new provider which ever one it happens to be.

Calling MAJOR BS!!! Check your HTC Windows phones. They are running 8.1
Someone needs a cup of freaking coffee to wake up and figure out what the problem is and push 8.1 to your Nokia users!
