I am trying to switch from my HTC Trophy back to my LG EnV and I'm hoping I can keep my contacts. Any advice?
I can't help you with importing contacts to the LG, but if you entered an MSN/Hotmail/Zune/Xbox account on setting up your phone, the contacts are synced to "windows live contacts". i can't give you a direct link to the website for your contacts, but if you go to http://home.live.com/ under "hotmail highlights" you'll have options to "go to inbox," "send email," "calendar," and "contacts," among others. go into contacts. at the top of the screen you'll see "manage" with a dropdown list, click on that to open the sub-items, one of which will be "export." this will show a prompt to save a file, which is a .csv (comma separated values), and I believe is 'the standard' for contact import/export.
