When I open up the camera, I can only get the front camera and my image is upside down. When I try to switch to the rear camera, the phone goes back out to the start screen.

Thank you for reaching ouy to us. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the camera on your phone. We certainly want you to always have a standardly working device. How long has this been happening? Also with the front image, is it upside down prior or after the picture is taken? Are you not able to switch to rear mode while in camcorder mode either? There is no known issues with this happening, so we would suggest doing a soft reset by http://vz.to/1b6gUjB. Keep us updated on how this works and we can explore other options.
