I have had this phone for about 1 year. Recently I have been unable to reply to text messages or send text messages. I have searched support and cannot find a way to fix this. Error message when sending text: "Can't send message, Try again" I have been unable to find anything in settings on the phone that is incorrect. I am at a loss except to reset the entire phone to factory settings. I am reluctant to do this as I don't know if this will fix the problem and I will have to reset my phone all over again as if it is brand new. What to do?

Text messages are important! Have you added any messaging blocks to this line http://vz.to/1di2TlT? Try removing the sim card for 1 minute then re-insert the sim card to the device http://vz.to/18zj3sm.
