I don't have this phone, a friend just got it and I was trying to help him out.
HTC Trophy screen locks way to early. The settings start at 30 seconds and it's set to 1 minute. The screen will first dim and then lock within 20-30 seconds. Anyone else seen this issue?
Thank You.

Did you check the screen time-out. Under Settings: Lock & Wallpaper: Screen time-out. My guess is they have it set for 30 seconds. I personally set mine at 3 minutes.

Me too - set it for 3 minutes. That seems to work well.
It was set to 1minute and still turns off earlier than 30 seconds.
I would suggest, since this is not your device, that your friend contact us so we can troubleshoot the issue for them. The best way is to call us from another phone at 1-800-922-0204 from an alternate phone, when they have the phone with them. I am certain that once we can troubleshoot the issue with the user of the phone, we will be able to find a resolution.
Thank you and have a great day!
