HTC one m8 action center

I am unable to open my action center in my windows HTC one m8. I have tried a hard reboot and several soft, nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

We definitely want to assist and make sure you have access to what you need on your phone dieritter. I was unable to locate an application "action center", do you mean BlinkFeed? Please share more details so I can assist.

@AdaS_VZW It's a feature in Windows Phone 8.1 and not a dedicated app.  You must have missed training on the OS
