I woke this morning with my phone working properly. A little while later (about 10 minutes) I looked down at my phone and this was on the screen, "ERROR: Unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to shut down." but nothing else was showing. I tried to hit the power button and the only thing that showed up was the NOKIA then back to that error message. Any suggestions as to why this has happened?

It's a hardware issue that just happens and Microsoft/Nokia never owned up and answered why this happens.
This error is the kiss of death. You'll need to have the phone replaced.

I was going to say this sounds like the mobile version of the blue screen of death. Or, like when you boot up and just get "Invalid System Disk" or "No Operating System." Or, just a blinking cursor.

Before completely giving up the ghost, you *might* want to try the help desk at a Microsoft retail store. They're pretty good and very dedicated.

Make an appointment, get a latte, and see if the Microsoft pros can help. If not, they'll set up a return/exchange for you.
