Have a convoy 4, everytime open phone voice command says, say command

I have a convoy 4, everytime I open phone the voice command says, say command. How do I turn that off?

Menu >> Settings  >> Sounds Settings >> Voice Command settings - Turn OFF the Flip open talk setting.

Convoy 4, Voice Commands are ON with Flip Open.  To cancel the Flip Open feature Go to; MENU > SETTINGS & TOOLS > ACCESSIBILITY (6) > FLIP OPEN & TALK (6) > Select OFF.  The USER MANUAL does not detail the Accessibility menu option.
