Help me please!

Hi, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a Nokia Icon that is possessed? While searching the internet, looking at pics or reading emails, the phone starts backing into previous screens and even starts Bing voice search. I've done the soft reboot. I get so frustrated that I sometimes just turn my phone off!

Try wiping down your screen, sound like you have some oil or dirt from you hand on it.

If that doesn't work you may wanna try the hard reboot

I have seen that on the 822 as well and did a full restart, taking the battery out for a couple of minutes then putting it back in.  It appeared to be update related or maybe a APP acting bad.

I'm hoping to get an update soon and trying to avoid a full restart. On this phone I'm unable to remove the battery but will sort through my apps and get rid of the ones I don't use often. Thanks!
