HELP!! my son's Samsung Intensity II is now in Spanish?  How do you change it back to English?

Try this:

Hit the Menu key, then the #9 (should be Settings and Tools), then #8 (Phone settings), the #4 (Language).  You should then have a choice of English or Spanish, highlight English and hit OK.

May I ask were you able to turn the language back to English on the device? The steps that SuzyQ gave are correct in changing the language. Thanks SuzyQ! If you were unsuccessful in changing the language back then you have 2 options. You can send me a direct message with your full name, mobile number, and a summary of the issue so I can further assist. The second option is that you can use Google Translate to translate the words that you don't know in Spanish to navigate through the option screen to change the language.
