So my mother has dementia, and possibly the start of Alzheimer's. I just found out the phone she has isnt compatible with familybase. I'd need to give her a phone that I can control who she calls 10-20 times a day. It has to be a basic phone it took her a month to learn to use the extravent 2 and she only knows how to call after all that time. And I had to set it up for her. I've been a Verizon customer for several long years. Unfortunately this might make me switch carriers. So What's the most basic device supporting family base? Or/And is there another option to block outgoing calls to selected numbers, or whitelist
