Hi, I messed up online earlier with an older device.
I activated an older LG as a new application when I meant to switch from my current phone to the older LG using the original #. How do I cancel the new application?

Call customer service from a landline (800-922-0204) and explain what happened - or go into a store with the phones in hand, and I'm sure they can straighten it out and get the phone you want activated on the proper line for you. If you did accidentally add a new line, using your own phone, you can cancel with no ETF, as there is no contract on that line. You MAY be required to pay the full month fee ($9.99) for that line; and they may be able to just reverse the transaction entirely.
