I have a Nokia Lumia 822 for a few years. It has started locking up and having other problems. I have another Nokia Lumia 822 that I would like to transfer everything (settings, pictures, start screen, email accounts, etc.) to and then activate it in place of the old one.
Is it possible to do that and if so how?

Pictures, videos & contact lists can be uploaded to a cloud service (such as Verizon's and Microsoft's). For Email accounts, start screen and so forth, those might be unique to the phone and require a manual transfer.
For instance, If I default my Microsoft Surface 3 or Surface Pro 3, my Email accounts are not automatically re-added. I need to manually key them. The same holds true for my Start Screen and my desktop icons.
