How can I get my LG phone to get off of Quick Menu?

I have a LG phone and instead of staying on display and going into rest mode it goes to Quick Menu and stays on. How do I get it off of Quick Menu?

We certainly want all your features to be working how you prefer. Let's take a look into this Quick Menu for you. Do you know what model LG phone you have?
