I just added my Mom to my account and bought her the LG Terra. She only makes and receives calls. I can't find where to change the number of times the phone rings before going to voicemail. Right now it rings 6 times and I want to change it to 4!

Each phone is defaulted to a certain time limit like 20-25 seconds of rings whether it's 4 or 6 rings. There isn't a way to actually change it from the phone and I've spoken to tech support and they aren't able to do it either. The phones all register rings differently.
