How do I create different photo albums on the Lancet?

How do I create different albums to put my pictures in on the Lancet?

The Lancent is a great phone mlpetersen. Creating a folder should be easy as 1, 2, 3. What steps have you taken so far to try to accomplish this?

With Windows Phone 8.1 it's a little more in-depth.  Windows 10 Mobile you can do it directly in the Photos app.
