I downloaded Samsung PC Studio 7 on my Windows 7 PC and connected my Samsung Convoy phone via a USB cable. I selected "Mass USB" on the phone and I can see everything on the phone via Windows Explorer but when I run PC Studio 7, it won't see the phone???

I appreciate your interest in viewing the content of your Convoy on your computer. I recommend using a memory card if you are looking to transfer media from your device to your computer. I'm sorry we can't guarantee compatibility with third party software or apps for use with a Basic phone.
