Need help in blindly performing a backup: Casio Ravine 2. This device has a broken screen. I am able to use voice command which presumably lands me at Backup Assistant. Hitting the right softkey twice seems to have almost no effect when looking at the Cloud. There seems to be a fresh update timestamp, but all contacts are 4 years old.

I'd suggest visiting a Verizon store. they can hook it up to a Cellbrite machine and transfer your content to a new phone

Thank you. This afternoon I was in a Verizon Store, and the staff did connect it to some kind of device. They were trying to directly transfer the contacts into a Moto E. This failed, but I don't know if it was because of the Casio or the Moto E. Do you have knowledge that the Cellbrite has been able to read contacts on the Casio Ravine? Thanks again for helping me!

UFED Release Notes 3.0.7 - Cellebrite Release Notes Center
It looks here like Decoding of Physical Extraction works for this device (I hope that means Contacts!).
So I guess I need to find a Verizon Store with this updated Cellbrite.
Thanks Fernando!

Just revisited the VS. Staff told me he can probably do it once I get a duplicate functioning phone so he knows the keypresses. Looks like the first staffer wasn't knowledgeable about it. Thank again again Fernando.
