How do I purchase a rintone for my Cosmos 3?

When I try to purchase a ringtone it always tells me it is a ring back tone. I do not want a ring back tone, only a ringtone. Are ringtones available for my Cosmos 3?

Try Zedge.com for free ringtones - they will be texted to your phone and in a proper format, as you tell them your carrier, and phone model.

I do not have a 'get new ringtones' option. Is this because I only have talk and text on my phone?
