What I've seen most often from this commununity is to press and hold the power button and the volume-up until it reboots. If it does nothing, try power button and the volume-down

DPeavy we'll do everything we can to help! As ellieW suggested you can try an alternate reset by pressing and holding the Volume Down buttoon and Power Button together in effort to restart.
