I Would like to switch phones on one of my lines.    I have the phone I want to switch to.    Do I call Verizon?     What is the number to call?

What two phones are involved?   You posted this in Basic phones - it could be as easy as turning off the old phone, turnoing on the new phone and dialing *228.  Follow the prompts.

Or you can call customer service - 800-922-0204 from a phone not involved in the switch - and they can guide you through the process.
