How do I sync my contacts to the Verizon cloud from a Windows phone (LG Lancet)?

Whenever I enter the Backup Assistant, it says that my contacts have been synced.  However, when I look at my contacts in the cloud, there is nothing there.

@laina – I’d be lost without my contacts.  I want to make sure you have yours available on your device. Let’s work together to figure this out. Are you able to view your contacts online via the Cloud application here: If so, how many contacts are showing saved on the website? What phone did you have prior to the Lancet?
