How do I turn off nuance ?

I have a Samsung Convoy 4. Every time I open the phone Nuance comes on. Can you tell me how to disable it ?

Go to Menu > Settings > Sound Settings > Readout > select Flip open and talk > Turn it off.

PD0710, we want to ensure you were able to get the voice command feature off. We're here to help. If the steps from SNN5 didn't work, you may also try the following MENU > SETTINGS & TOOLS > ACCESSIBILITY (6) > FLIP OPEN & TALK (6) > Select OFF.
