How do I unblock the games section in a basic phone from being blocked?

We definitely want you to be able to use your device as you'd like. Please clarify, are you attempting to download a game and you're unable to? Which phone do you have? Please share details.

it is a verizon basic phone,it just says catalog unavailable or something,when i try to go to games
